A 60 acre project planned for 250 members to own their exclusive farm plots and be members of a select elite group where membership is by invitation. More than 50 plots have been taken up by members and an executive Golf course is expected to be ready by December 2006.

More than ten thousand trees have already been planted. A small lake, Rose garden with an exclusive pathways have been developed. The first phase of the exclusive club with a children pool is operational.
